David McCurrach is a senior leader in the field of digital transformation and customer engagement, boasting over 25 years of experience. At Adobe, he excels as the Senior Director of Solutions Consulting for Strategic/Core Accounts, leading a dynamic team of 100+ professionals across North America. David's expertise lies in breaking down silos, driving innovative go-to-market strategies, and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. His notable achievements include the development of comprehensive training methodologies, the creation of a pipeline development program for Solution Consultants, and the implementation of an accelerated hiring process that rapidly integrates fresh talent from colleges and nontraditional sources into the field. David's career at Adobe has been marked by significant contributions to sales enablement, customer journey mapping, and the establishment of Adobe’s Vertical selling approach, underscoring his role as a key figure in navigating complex challenges and leveraging technology for business growth.

Board Member/Instructor, PhD in Counseling Education, LPC, LSSP

Jennifer holds multiple master's degrees and a doctorate in counseling education. She is licensed as a specialist in school psychology and a professional counselor in both Texas and Missouri. Jennifer has built a thriving private practice focused on serving children, teenagers, and adults based on biblical principles. She is a published author of religious and secular works and serves as a professor and program director for the Human Services Degree Program at Urshan College in Wentzville, Missouri.

Jacob Sletten is a seasoned technology and consulting leader with extensive experience in solution consulting for strategic accounts. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Solution Consulting, he specializes in driving digital transformation and business value through Adobe’s suite of Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Audience Manager. Jacob is adept at aligning technical capabilities with client business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes and foster long-term partnerships. With a strong foundation in customer engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic problem-solving, he is committed to helping organizations leverage data and digital experiences to achieve their goals.

Executive Director, Masters in Organizational Leadership (PhD Candidate)

Moriah is a dedicated and accomplished professional with a passion for leadership and community service. She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in the same field. Moriah is committed to helping individuals and families improve their lives and careers, and she volunteers her time to various community initiatives that support this mission. As an adjunct professor at Urshan College in Wentzville, Missouri, Moriah shares her knowledge and expertise with students who are eager to learn and grow. She is known for her excellent communication skills and her ability to motivate and inspire those around her. Moriah lives in Florissant, Missouri, with her husband and two children, and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new cultures.
